Mostly Wordless Wednesday
Don’t be fooled by the Crocs that we got…
He’s still, he’s still Daniel from the block.
Oh, and Rebecca loved her new purple shoes so much, she nearly refused to take them off for naptime.
The temptation was too much to resist at Whole Foods this morning, so they picked their own colors and are now the proud owners of the first pairs of Crocs to ever grace our household.

we got our first pair at disnety world, they had cute little micky or mini heads cut out instead of the normal holes and I could not resist, I’ve always thought them ugly but once I saw how comfortable she was walking in them, I was sold. Amazing little shoes. The last day I got a second pair in the next size up.

The fuzzy crocs are great in the winter. We love them especially since our almost 2 year old can put them on himself. He still wearts them sometimes now just because who am I to make him change shoes when I have to be the one to put the other shoes on him.

Adorable pictures. I love the angle you took those shots at (to capture the shoes). As for the shoes, I know so many adults and children that wear them. They all swear they are the most comfortable shoes ever. I don’t have any, though.
Happy WW from Sara @ the Mostly Wordless Wednesday H.Q.!

OK, I will make an exception to my “no Crocs” rule. I have decided that children look adorable in them. Case in point: your pictures! Just make sure no adult-sized Crocs make their way into your house, OK?
Oh, speaking of footwear, I know you’re an avid watcher of What Not to Wear, just like I am … more and more, I feel like all the things they say NOT to do are things that I do! I used to pride myself on dressing cute, and I think I still do an OK job, but Stacy and Clinton’s rule against flip-flops? Gosh, that’s the ONLY footwear I have, practically! Flip-flops and pumps for work. Guess what I’m going to put on to walk to the park or grocery store, or for errands around town? REAL SHOES? In the sand at the playground? Walking with a toddler who’s going to step all over me? And, toting a huge bag and belly at the same time? Don’t even talk to me about “real” casual clothes, including things like cute jackets and tailored pants. Most days I’m sporting solid color T-shirts, bermuda shorts (or easy pull-on skirts) and flip-flops. Even when I wear dresses, I probably “ruin” them by not wearing heels. But hey, as long as we don’t bring Crocs into the mix, we’re not at the bottom of the barrel, right??? Maybe when the kids hit preschool, I’ll submit myself to the show to get a new $5,000 wardrobe for free.

I am still resisting the crocs, but they do look cute on your twins!
